Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return Shipping: We cover all return shipping costs. Returns are completely free for you.

Refund: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the full purchase price within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions: Hygiene products whose seal has been removed after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Important note on import charges: As our products are shipped from non-EU countries, import VAT or customs duties may apply upon receipt in some countries. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
